Standard Delivery will be 3-5 working days.
Rates
Standard Delivery charge will be £2.50.
Next Day Delivery charge will be £5. (Royal Mail Special Delivery - Signature will be required)
Free Standard Delivery on orders of £50 or more.
Please Note: All orders requesting Next Day Delivery must be received by 15:00 hours. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday morning.

Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt (less delivery charges) or exchange the item for a different size / colour, if preferred, subject to availability. Some products, if opened, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These products are clearly stated in the product descriptions. In the event of a return, the item remains your responsibility until it is received by us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Faulty or wrong item
If the item you have received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact our customer care dept. quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product ordered and the product received, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from InLoveWithFashion.com, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and have been opened. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days to our customer care dept. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the address above, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item remains your responsibility until it received by us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
